Hi dessa thanks for dropping by :) There are loads of “tour kuyas” for sure who will go up to you and offer water activities. When they do, ask if they offer island hopping with nets on the side for the boat, when you found one, book a schedule then get their name and calling card. Remember it. What happened to us was, we took so many calling cards that we had to figure out again to whom we booked the island hopping cause most of the people will also tell you they were the ones you booked the island hopping with. But i have another boracay tour guide who helped us with a paddle boarding snorkeling! We saw more fish there than the island hopping. He might also have island hopping with net boat :)
