I would love to know why the house was not sited closer to the street (higher on the lot) so that the views clear the power lines more. It looks from the photos that it could have been higher on the lot. Zoning? Setback requirements? Site issue?
i like neat and clean structures when it comes to a house, like very square-ish but at the same time, not too square you know what i've meant? this house is TOO square too boxy imo. it could have been designed and built better than just straight up all lines and squares. i saw this house in producer mike's channel and the hallway underneath is hollow.

This house does the 2 things designers who dabble in modern design screw up: 1) The exterior looks like an industrial park. with a pool. 2) The interior looks like a hotel lobby. It's sterile, cold, and impersonal. Decorating can do a little but the structure itself is underwhelming. Just big boxes with expensive stonework.
I agree and I loathe this uniformed all white setting that modern designers go for it's very clinical and harsh especially if there isn't softer colours to off balance it. For the prices asked I would expect a lot more creativity from the designers all that being said who am I to talk my place is the size of a garden shed!

People that buy this type or Property are wealthy moguls, whom will stay here for about 5 years then sell it, they probably don't even stay in it often.
