The names of some objects in these kits are in Italian but as Italians we don't have these types of Bistros in the cities.. they are more Parisian.. who knows what the new world will be like
the main difference between a bar and a lounge is that in gameplay a lounge will mostly spawn elder sims

The coffee maker is functional, just you sims won´t be able to make it themselves, the player is the one that will have to clink on the coffee maker and then make coffee

that makes sense!
