Here. In south dakota we cook our onions and tomatoes in the grease from the hamburger or the beef.... And use the juice from the chili beans..... we never use baked beans in homemade chile..... Don't get me wrong I bet yours is very delicious but that's just how we do it here in south dakota. We use ground venison Mostly..its very lean..... That's why we don't drain the grease from our meat or bean's I'm not a fan of cinnamon and chili but I bet it would still be delicious though.Love your videos.God bless from the united states , south dakota
