@@soaringtortoise ive always loved the sound of it as a little kid. To me one of the few distortions you can almost feel as it pours out of a speaker. Ive always imagined it as a thistle like flower bud that slowly opens. Would love to see what you could do with fuzz.
Excellant + Terrific + Popular Mechanics. My next door neighbour + 1 was mightily impressed, she's a retired seamstress and swears by her steam powered Singer; point being she gets it. So very well done as per ...
I haven't had breakfast yet. Bon appetit! The speaker is safe from moving around you just have to be sure to keep your arms, legs, fingers, pets, small children, etc. out of it.
Great set up. I found another one of those speakers at a goodwill in Iowa once, but there was no way I was going to take the organ home and dismantle it. Is that the AO-35 amp?
Thanks. I don't blame you, but I am learning that there are a lot of people who want one. Yes, I still have yet to finish the enclosure. It sounds really good with this speaker, or any speaker for that matter.
Thanks! In this video I used an Akai Headrush E-1 set to a very long delay for the looping. It's the large silver/gray pedal on the table in front of me.
That spinning speaker is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen or heard.
I think so too. Thanks for watching.
No words, just felt like home
🙏 Thanks for listening.
What I love is that beneath all the gadgetry and analogue delight, you have a true musicians touch.
Thanks. It's still struggling to get out from underneath all that stuff.
@@soaringtortoise doesn't look like you're struggling at all, it seems to flow effortlessly.
@@NickRobbMusic Thank you very much.
The magician in his lab making wondrous things yet again!
Profound thanks Nick.
I giggle at the thought of hearing that fuzz and muff through that sorcery you made into a speaker. Very impressive.
Thanks you. Fuzz is so much more than just the various Rock genres we associate it with.

I’ve got it running at .25x speed and it sounds pretty wild.
🤟🎧👍
That does probably sound pretty cool. I love slowing stuff down on my tape machines. Thanks for listening.

Now that’s what I call a pedalboard!
Now that you mention it, it does kind of look like like a big elevated pedal board. Thanks for watching!

A perfect soundtrack to a (late) breakfast. Got me in the vibe. Though i'm always a bitt worried about the speaker flying of.

This has to be experienced with headphones for the true effect.

Nice Lesly! Did you use a Roland loop machine, or two reel to reels?
Thanks! In this video I used an Akai Headrush E-1 set to a very long delay for the looping. It's the large silver/gray pedal on the table in front of me.
Is the speakers rotational speed infinitely adjustable (like a variable resistor?) Or is it stepped settings?
The unit just has two speeds. They are labeled "Chorus" (slow) and "tremolo" (fast).
Wauw
🙏😊
Но,а если электричество отключат?=))))))
Silence, except for the faint twang of an unplugged electric guitar. Thanks for watching!

The film was so scared it ran away from the soundtrack. Thanks for listening.
