Spider Criminal said that the reason this Doc Ock is branded as being from *_Spider-Man 2_* is so Hasbro could get Alfred Molina's likeness when the figure itself is clearly from *_No Way Home._*
BTW Dan, for future reference, the big static claws are on the bottom, and the little claws that are articulated are on the top. Look up some pictures from *_Spider-Man 2_* for some reference.

In fact, the parts with long and flat end are foot, and the parts with pointed end and movable are hands. Even Hasbro didn't recognize that detail so they took official photos by mounting the positions of these two parts in reverse
6:51 a perfect example of why storing the accessories in tissue paper was a bad idea

It would’ve been nice if he came with a tentacle accessory that has a knife because he used that one time while trying to kill Peter 1.
Paint a shortened toothpick gun metal grey or dry brush silver over black, and place it in between the pincers of the articulated claws. Should do the trick.

Mate I nearly forgot them too, I was very confused when looking at the promo shots. I nearly when off on a rant about not having them in pack but they were tapped to a stupid place I only notice towards the end of my video and then had to edit in some footage lol

I'm I'm really wish he also comes with 2 sets of tentacles with his normal ones the The 1st pair of tentacles is the ones that he has when he rips out the iron spiders nanotech and it infused with his tentacles and the second pair of Tentacles is The ones with the red lights to replicate when peter cures doc ock it was established That his inhibitor chip from spider-man 2 was destroyed when the reactor hit the chip and destroy it he repairs the chip and you do see the tentacles Gone from red to white meaning has full control of the tentacles again.

This Legends version of No Way Home Doc Ock is so much better than than that third party one that was shown that one looked like an annoyed librarian

Also the articulated claws were articulated lazily. Like half articulated given they should also bend mid of each claw like in the films. To get that same bend shape as the molded grip claws
Mine wont stand. Tentacles are that strong/stiff that the bendy wire in two of them has forced out of the mold ruining the arms and the top right one came off.
The small pincers are supposed to be on the top set of tentacles. The other pairs are for the bottom set.
I want an Aunt May figure. She's the biggest hole in the Trilogy.
Are the tentacles removable from the body?
When does this come out in the UK, it said on pulse that it was the 20th and I was expecting it to be available on some websites
It’s out now, that’s how I got mine! It when I got stock on the 18th then quickly sold out, buts it’s available in other places now 👌🏻

I do have an extra set of the 2004 poseable tentacles but idk the first thing in terms of customizing figures. Especially something like that bc I don't want it getting super messed up or fully broken in the process.

In every review I’ve seen, nobody mentions the inaccurate deco of the tentacles. They’re meant to have a gold painted side on them. Disappointing that that detail is missing.

Seems like this figure is a BAF, you can see that with the limited articulation, but I understand that Hasbro wanted a more retro package look, but yeah this guy is the BAF of the wave.

You get one set of hands that have articulation 👌🏻 so 2 out of 6 so there are options
@@DanWhoReviews yh but the toybiz one had multiple articulated joints on all arms, I just feel hasbro aren’t living up to their potential especially when they keep charging more for their figures I’d expect articulation in all hands not just 2 🤷♂️
@@alexryan2926 oh I wasn’t challenging you, I agree there should of been 4 of the articulated pincers. I thought you hadn’t noticed I shown off the ones with articulation is all, regardless of that this is still a great Legend I belive 👌🏻

Don't forget this guy is the BAF of the wave, the limited articulation is a proof of that.
