Please about explain 24*3600 and 160, what it define and can we use it with every data during density calculate in reference of grid area and points count,

I have created fishnet however I have no Area field in the x y data point attribute table. Therefor the join values are all 0. The grid itself looks correct however it is not recognising any spatial data information? Could you please let me know what I am missing?
