Its really nice when saints in Northern India uses all the colours of Sun as their clothes while south saints and priests uses white (moon). Is it because of the Suryavamsa and Chandravamsa , sun and moon clan? Because south usually uses traditional lunar calendar while north uses traditional Solar calendar. Also Lord Ram is more popular in the north who is Suryavamsa and Lord Krishna is more popular in South who is Chandravamsha
