Very cool move. It honestly makes me think about when Arona got powerbombed by Quinton in Pride.
It is not super easy to powerbomb someone triangling you, but if your opponent pulls tight to you, locks in and holds on it is a whole different story. You don't have to be a 600 lb deadlifter either. Also, with that elbow straight down, it is double for your money and both are going to be hard blows the job the head, the wind knock out, and the elbow impale to the stomach.
If the guy is quick and strong enough once you lock in that elbow the other person just locks your arm back. Now it is super tight and ba-boom!

I've had the privilege of training with Arthur several times in the past i can honestly say hes one of the brightest minds in the game...
even things he showed me when he was a purple belt are foundations of my game
