Les Twins are so famous people just get tired of them. People want to say "oh they are just beat killers" , but can we really do what Larry and Laurent are doing. At the end of the day, they're dancers and they practice like everyone else. And because of their hard work I think people underrate them in a way. Les Twins are always somewhere whether it's a workshop or some event showcasing all of their moves. ALL. It's almost like seeing someone perform before the performance, it's not exciting, but somehow they still come out and surprise people. So as a artist, I think it is unfair, because really I think people are forgetting les twins are artist also.

Tlaws musicality on round 1 was consistent and better than Larry's while he kept his groove.

He is natural, which itself doesn't come to anyone else and no, I'm not a LesTwins fanboy(which is an easy way of dismissal of my comment), I believe he's a bit better than Laurent too. He's overall natural and very experienced, nothing forced, even his style or swag.
What style he does isn't copied or learnt, its just his greatness, and in case of larry, its the best in the world. (My "opinion", though if anyone removes their jealousy, they will see it )

Bro the fact that this man was able to call the judges out at 2:23 on beat with his body and no words is amazing!!! And gestures like these are more powerful than words in the world of dance! Larry was literally talking with his body during the second round and I'm glad some people in the crowd understood what he was saying. I love this "don't disrespect, yall are all copycats" vibe about les twins because people literally cannot do what they do. People get tired of their style, but at the end of the day these two brothers created a art that nobody else can perform. And who knows, all of these "haters" might actually be waiting for les twins to do something new, which suggests that they don't necessarily dislike them. Haters are the biggest fans after all🤷🏾♀️

Wow I thought the battle between them would be much closer than this. Larry took all 3 rounds with ease. I feel like T Law could sometimes make his transitions more evident and play with rhythms more since his style is really rhythm dependent. (like from 1:34 - 1:37,that was fire)
And I feel like Larry would be much more dangerous if he would use less set ups for power moves (it would make his style more unpredictable) like from 0:38 - 0:41,and generally in battles he often has those pauses before he uses his powermove and that pause just makes it less impressive and it kind of ruins the flow. But he surprisingly brought more diversity to this battle than I expected,well deserved win

About Larry : this pauses needed cause he ending one music part and going to the next with this move. You need those pauses for contrast.

I had to watch the first round 10 times, and I still can not understand how the judges can attribute it to Tlaw..

Larry's 'big move ' from 0:40 kind off ruined the round because it didn't flow and it made the round slow since he was hyping a few seconds before.
Tlaw won the round because he kept his groove and did like 3 different layers of the music.
No im agree with the judge for me.. Larry always do the same move of course he got musicality, skills and a'real flow..but I think technically and the musicality of tlaw was better for the first and second but the third round Tlaw look like tired and i understand.. so I ve give the third round to Larry

shaiou75 u can clearly see that from the beginning he was doing very great, he push his flow and was going for the prestige but if u watch closely, at 0:35, he was going for a push flow again but missed completely (thats why the crowd suddenly changed from cheering to completely quiet) , that just make all of the thing after that pointless, if u are a dancer then u will understand and encounter this kind of sittuation very often.
Larry is showcasing no hiphop foundation, this is a hiphop battle. He`s just playing with concepts and the other "Les twins-stuff". Tlaw has foundation, bounce, basics, everything. All in all, he should have won the battle. 100%
This battle was hilarious Larry have so much experience with competition all of his life that in the first round when they show that tlaw won, 1:55sec Larry's expression was funny as fuck because he knew he won the first round and the judges was f****** with him to get him to amp up his fighting instinct because Larry knows how to beat someone with using the minimum amount of energy and Talent whenever he wants to.

After all these years, this is still funny to me. Larry was rightfully peeved. Tlaw was having a great time. He was bopping everywhere but he wasn’t on beat. Expert dancers know that timing and slaying the beat are the main considerations judges should be looking for in a routine. There was no arrogance in Larry’s irritation…he just knew what it was. I think the judges got a bit distracted. But it turned out the way it should have.

Something happened, Larry was not comfortable at Battle Bad, this is the first time i see him frustrated like that. Plus the way he looked at the judges after the first round... I think he was getting hate from a lot of people thats why after the event he posted a freestyle on his instagram saying "this is to all my haters", just a speculation here. That might be the cause of something even bigger, like to much stress because of the whole men in black and other things. Larry should really take a break for a bit... otherwise he might get a burnout
