American here 😂 what you called a pumpkin id call a butternut squash. We make soup with this too! Butternut squash and apple soup is sooo good especially in the fall.
Same, ive watched some Japanese cooking videos too and they also seem to refer to any and all squash as pumpkin 😂 I saw some videos where they called what I know as an acorn squash, a pumpkin!
Your Epic Dramatic opening is why I subscribed to you first before watching the full video cause I knew you were my vibe! I throughly enjoyed this video and learned some new recipes! Now I need to catch up on all your past videos to the current ones! 🩷💜♥️
Love your videos! You’re so creative in the kitchen and I feel like you make things seem more approachable. I was actually shocked that you didn’t have more followers. Excited to see your account grow 🤩
A pro tip my mum taught me was to put cinnamon in my pumpkin soup and it makes it a bit sweeter I promise you it's AMAZING. 🙌 Oh and always salt and pepper to serve 👌
I had to stop eating vegan because I had some severe gut issues and my microbiome was a mess. I was very resistant but my doctors eventually won me over and it made a huge difference in my health.
I usually bake the whole half of the pumpkin in the oven with the skin on and then just scrape the inside of the skin. This way, you don't have to bother with cutting it. 😉
You mentioned this was budget-friendly and I was wondering if you know how much this menu cost it looks delicious I'm going to try some of these recipes
Yes thank you @psays @esthertham4133 it definitely is versatile but like most non stick pans the non stick element doesn’t last more than 1-2 years unfortunately depending on how well you take care of it so that’s all I’ll say about this pan
Oh my gosh, I had to stop eating a vegan diet because it was insane how much weight I was gaining and even my doctor thought it was concerning. My body said absolutely not 😂
Yup, a lot of vegan foods are actually really calorically dense! If you’re a petite woman it’s incredibly difficult to get enough protein and healthy fat without too much calories using only plant-based foods. It’s technically doable but it’s so restrictive. And if you prefer savory to sweet foods there’s less options, everything just tastes a little too sweet and starchy to me. I still eat lots of plant-based foods but I need me some Greek yogurt, chicken breast, a bit of fish, etc.
Yup. I was a wfpb vegan for almost 5 years. My health became so awful. I developed such a long list of issues. I was basically forced into eating animal products again due to the fact that I literally couldn’t eat anything plant based without being sick. Within a few months 99% of my health issues were gone.
I just found you today and you inspired me so much,i am in the middle of a move but you made me so happy thinking about cooking again in my new place!!!! Warm hugs coming your way all the way from Sweden💖💞🕯📓🖋

Ohh that sounds so good! I’ll try it for sure
I'm just using everything but the bagel seasoning for cooking. I bought it only using it on my sprouted sourdough toast. I love it.
Loved the whole video! Very original and enjoyed the music very much!
Thank you!!
Saving aaaall the ideas! I'm used to pumpkin soups, but why I never thought to add cottage cheese or beans there?? Brilliant
Haha thank you!
@@tonicamachas No, no. Definitely thank YOU

I love that you romanticized your pre-workout by drinking it in a crystal glass. FANCY

Haha thank you!
And it’s called the always pan!
I was vegan for 10 years also! Started to feel awful like it just hit me in the last few years. I will let you tell your story though girly 😂 🎉
New sub here! You’re adorable! Looking forward to your videos!

omg you use that whole jug of everything but the bagel seasoning in a month?!
I know it sounds crazy but I cook a lot and use it on most everything 😂😂
Fapjae had me rolling 🤣
But in all seriousness, these dishes look amazing and I’m definitely going to be trying them in the near future!!

Oh my gosh, I had to stop eating a vegan diet because it was insane how much weight I was gaining and even my doctor thought it was concerning. My body said absolutely not 😂
Vegan food can be too high carb, especially if you add carbs to your carbs. It made me insulin resistant. I was not eating junk either.
@@lilascharmante2712 yes! My mom was surprised because I was eating so “clean” and the weight just kept piling on and my blood work was looking off!

gurl what was that intro all about 😭
The intro was too much for me. I had to start watching.
Vegetables aren't limiting & are delicious and vegan food is way less limiting than a carnivore diet. Weird thing to say
