In the real history, the bridge is being built since Ibrahim's reign. The construction of the bridge which connected Osijek and Darda, began by Pargalı Ibrahim Pasha on August 16, 1526 following the orders of Suleiman the Magnificent. The bridge was designed by Mimar Sinan, a military engineer who later became the sultan's chief architect. It took the form of a wooden road on piers and was approximately 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) long and 6 metres (20 ft) wide.
Ibrahim was executed in 1536, so that it quite make sense to have 10 years to construct the brigde. The supply can transport easily during the peace/interbellum period.

I would have liked to see who went across the other side to put up the posts that would support the bridge & where all the supplies he needed came from.
Then again, it's just a show, right?
Efendi likes to bring up Ibrahim to Sukeman every opportunity he gets, he had better be careful, it may cost him his head.

Bro he's an emperor, not a local tenant. And resources/workers can easily be transferred through small ships.

      I'm Not a Bro.
Not within 10 days, he was allowed 10 days to have the bridge built or he'd have his head cut off. Nowhere was it mentioned that they'd wait for supplies & then he'd have 10 days. They had the man power (all the soldiers & Jannisaires) to do the work, but they needed a lot of supplies.
My husband & Iowned a construction company, & even he knows it would take a good length of time to make that length, size, and width of bridge.
