Thank you I just followed the video while doing it it came out like new, but I guess I need practice on the heating 😅 it came out with little to no damage 😁 (just a few light scratches)
Hello, I have a question. What you took out of the old battery cover and put in the new battery cover. Do you have to glue this sensor? Or is it enough if you just put it there?
Sir i have the same phone and its screen is black but touch works fine. Also its back is broken too. Should i get it changed from samsung authorized center for 200$ price. Will waterproofing remain same or will be voided?
Great video! Just one question, is the adhesive that comes with the back glass enough, or is it better if I use some B7000 glue? Ps: Loved your style, gave you a sub! 👍
Hey, yes you can add a thin layer of b7000 to reinforce the back right before closing/sealing. I usually do that whenever the double sided tape look weak and thin. 👍🏽
You should NOT slide a screwdriver to open the phone like that, the recommended method is heat and a plastic card. You could scratch the phone or damage the cameras by doing that
This is not a screwdriver 🪛 Correct this can scratch the frame of the smartphones. I did start with plastic tools to open the back then proceeded with my flat metal tool for efficiency. (Most of my other repairs I proceed with plastic tool or add direction if I do differently) Thank you for the constructive criticism at least I know you watched understood and added something to improve 👍🏽
Yes the S21 (small) has plastic back here's an example th-cam.com/video/fGXqdbCpf2s/w-d-xo.html That's right S20 Plus, Ultra, S21 Plus, Ultra, S22 Plus, Ultra. Haven't touched the S22 (small) that one has become glass. The S20fe was plastic back also. S20 (small) I think that followed the same as S20 and S21 (plastic)
It should retain some level of water resistance but I wouldn't trust it to be ip68. I recommend avoiding water specially Submerging or if you have to do it don't Submerged more than 2 minutes in regular tap water
Here's a water damage S21 Galaxy

Can you add liquid adhesive over the tape for better water resistance? I feel like the tape will eventually come off.

Here's what I did. I had to replace the screen because it was bad.
The new screen came with the frame black.
Is water resistant disable after back glass replacement?
Sir what do u call the one clip to the phone after installing the cover
What kind of charger is that?
It's just a different cable with a small display showing the charge Watts
Hi how much do you think will cost in India to replace this glass
I don't know I am in the USA in Georgia. I don't have any info on that specifically.
Luckily my backside of my phone is already loose and coming off so I can take it right off thank you
Yep. Time to fix it or replace it 👍🏽
That's what happened to mine. It's in good shape. I plan on replacing the battery and charging port since it's loose.
You forgot that camera lens metal piece behind the back cover to transfer it to the new one.
Where are u located

Would phone still be waterproof?
