For oil pulling make sure you don’t spit the oil in the sink or shower because it can clog your drain. They recommend spitting it out in a trash can :)

Girl for the feminine cleanser I use Monistat boric cleanser! It's bae! 🥵🥵 It leaves me feeling squeaky clean😍😍😍 and imo it's gentle, it doesn't leave me feeling irritated at all. If you try it lmk how you find it 🤗

I was doing regular infrared sauna and cold showers and then doing workouts in the infrared sauna about 3 times a week at my local fitness studio and I noticed no more body order even without wearing deodorant. It was detoxing me from the inside out.

I do the witch hazel for my crack…got that from you a while ago! I don’t really care for Lume unscented…it has a weird smell even though it’s “unscented”, but love the tangerine! Watched on tv but clicked again on my phone to comment with my 😊!

Could you do an updated hygiene routine once a quarter and I’m def buying the ingrown/strong discoloration product because I have severe inner thigh discoloration and I want it gone.😊
