I am a Mechanical engineer and also worked in the two wheeler garage. As per the indication of the fuel pump and the bursting noise coming from the engine you need to replace the fuel pump. BS 6 bikes come with lots of sensors and if one of the sensor fails to do its intended work then the entire system fails. Fuel injection pump is mixing an uneven amount of petrol. When the fuel pump mixes more quantity of petrol than the required then knocking happens and the large sound is coming out of the engine with black smoke. When the fuel pump mixes the less amount of petrol with the intake air then the engine of the bike would not start or engine would shut off. Sensor in the fuel pump which senses the amount of intake air and mixes the required amount of petrol has failed due to which you need to replace the entire fuel pump. Battery of the bike wasting its energy to start the engine due to which it get discharged. Fuel pump may cost you around Rs 5300 servicing charges extra. It will come under the warranty. This is the common problem faced by the BS 6 bikes. Love from Maharashtra.

मैं एक मैकेनिकल इंजीनियर हूं और टू व्हीलर गैरेज में भी काम किया है। ईंधन पंप के संकेत और इंजन से आने वाले फटने वाले शोर के अनुसार आपको ईंधन पंप को बदलने की आवश्यकता है। बीएस 6 बाइक बहुत सारे सेंसर के साथ आती है और अगर सेंसर में से एक भी अपना काम करने में विफल रहता है तो पूरा सिस्टम फेल हो जाता है। फ्यूल इंजेक्शन पंप पेट्रोल की असमान मात्रा मिला रहा है। जब ईंधन पंप आवश्यकता से अधिक मात्रा में पेट्रोल मिलाता है तो दस्तक होती है और इंजन से बड़ी आवाज काले धुएं के साथ निकल रही है। जब ईंधन पंप कम मात्रा में पेट्रोल को सेवन हवा के साथ मिलाता है तो बाइक का इंजन शुरू नहीं होगा या इंजन बंद हो जाएगा। ईंधन पंप में सेंसर जो सेवन हवा की मात्रा को महसूस करता है और आवश्यक मात्रा में पेट्रोल को मिलाता है, विफल हो गया है जिसके कारण आपको पूरे ईंधन पंप को बदलने की आवश्यकता है। बाइक की बैटरी इंजन को स्टार्ट करने में अपनी ऊर्जा बर्बाद करती है जिससे वह डिस्चार्ज हो जाती है। फ्यूल पंप पर आपको लगभग 5300 रुपये का सर्विस चार्ज अतिरिक्त लग सकता है। यह वारंटी के अंतर्गत आएगा। बीएस6 बाइक्स में यह आम समस्या है। महाराष्ट्र से प्यार।

टंकी और कार्बोरेटर साफ करवा दे बस हो जायेगा ठीक। सर्विस सेंटर में कभी मत करवाना उनको कुछ काम नहीं आता। 250 में काम हो जायेगा सफाई करवा के। और rpm भी ठीक रखना

I think you should clean petrol tank.. may be water going inside the tank..and the fuel pump also...this type of problem happens in rainy days.. a few days ago same problem happened with my bike and machanic do the cleaning of petrol tank and the curburator...and issue was resolved..

Certified service center wale shi se service karna kahan jante hain dabba log hote hain ganwar jaisa behavior hota hai in service center walon ka. Koi bhi dikkat ho to bus jugad lagate hain bus. Ashutosh apko warranty service ke baad local me koi bike ka badiya service mechanic dhoondh lena chahiye whi service ke liye best rahega. Kyunki Service center walo ke bus ka nhi service k3 time issues ko fix karna.
