no it's not possible. minoxidil cannot create hair follicles. it only improves existing ones.

The only way i have seen that works on regrowing hair is hair transplant, rest everything is temperory, so till you reach that stage, id honestly recommend working on a healthy lifestyle bro!
Use Diluted Rosemary oil instead. It has same effect as minoxidil but it is way safer alternative with lesser side effects.

How to know that we have hair follicles or not ?
if you had hair growth in the past, it means you have the follicles through which the hair was growing. if not, there would have been no hair at all which means hair folicles are not present. For example when you get an alopecia attack - the hair falls in circular patches, but you had hair folicles and its possible to regrow them! Hope this helps brother ! cheers!

@@RahulBadesra i think majority of the times people do consult it from doctors and then go for it! It was recommended to me by a doctor and that has been the worst thing i have put on my scalp ever! Well, there are horrible side effects and once you stop using it, even if in a staggered manner, you're bound to lose hair at double the speed! It doesn't cure the root causes of hairfall, just temporarily dilates the blood vessels which carries blood to the hair till it is applied on scalp. Organisations like FDA function on the behest of multi nationals which has been proven time and again and is a fad!!
