In Asian culture cutting your hair means (now) letting go the past and start brend new things, the MV explains how two girls can't let go their past , which is represented by the boy , so they compite to see which one will keep him and the try to eliminae the other but they realize that he's playing with them ,so now is worthless to sacrifice their friendship (or sister relation) for a dumb guy and instead killing each other, they kill him with the scissors ,representing that they let him go...Forever.

WINGS have come out with a fantastically sung song, that is /art/ over concept. It's a story of two sociopath sisters who date the same man, and find out he's cheating on them with each other. To gain revenge, they kill him. It's a video with a plot that relies purely on the aesthetics of the criminal mind, AND their heavenly voices. I can't fault this, at all.
***** Think like Pinocchio. When he lied, his nose grew. Likewise, when these girls think vengeful, evil thoughts, their hair grows. After they kill the man and their curse of vengeance is released, their hair stops growing. It's a very artistic concept :)

I interpreted it differently. The lyrics are about cutting your hair short to get over a guy, so when their hair grows back, it means they can't let go of him. And when the cheating aspect comes in, I see the horror elements, but there's also the decision for them to target the man instead of turning against each other (which you see them consider), which is really great from a feminist standpoint since it's so common to blame the other woman rather than the man who's cheating.
Possibly one of the most underrated K-Pop songs, just a shame their follow ups were not as epic as this. Also, still listening to it in 2018 and going strong!

I love the concept. At first I thought the MV was a bit bland but I was absolutely in love with their voices especially the one with saturated blue contact lenses, and then in the middle I understood. This sort of creepiness is light but really gives a good impact! Great debut~
