I had the exact opposite kind of luck lol - lost to diluc at 85 pity and spent 163 pulls just to get c0 furina, but I got c6 charlotte by pull 95 smh

I felt your pain during the Charlotte pulls. Kaveh still hasn’t come home on my main, but he’s come home twice on my other account 😭
My condolences on your primogems trying to get Charlotte. If it's any consolation, I've seen many people saying she is hard to get too. I went through both Beidou and Collei few times before she came home as well.
I... I got her c3 and no furina. To be fair, that account gets tons of mages. Ninguang c6 before her second banner. The lawyer lady c6 on her first run. Etc.
But at this pace, I will get Charlotte c6 before Furina.
That account has a terrible luck to get any 5 star catalysts weapon. I have tried so much, and no (I'm just a walking spender and sometimes bp).

This is a prime example of why there needs to be a path system (like the weapon banner) for rate up 4* characters. If they make the points needed 4 or 5 that would still keep the rate of specific 4*s roughly the same as it is now while cutting off the worst examples of bad luck. Considering that it would likely encourage more people to wish for 4*s it probably wouldn't even effect sales in a negative way.

i got c1 hu tao and c1 qiqi trying to get thoma (hard pity) and still never got him until basically half a year later

Ooof I got charlotte in my first 10pull on this banner and then got Furina on my 4th 10 pull, luck really wasn't on your side this time, anyways I'm excited and hope you can make a video regarding the new archon quest soon it was pretty great. also Furina story quest is practically an emotional rollercoaster, but also wholesome, I'd love to see you make a vid on that too.
I honestly felt bad rn. All it took for me was 30 pulls (to get Furina), and all of the guaranteed 4-stars are Charlottes.

Not only I got Furina since I'm guaranteed to get her, I also got her signature weapon... in my 1st 10-pull in the weapon banner.

I'm quite envious in 160 or so pulls Jeikage got C1 Furina, in 160 pulls I got C3 Tighnari 85, eventually Furina after.

Yeah C2 is the best. Very easy to quickly max out the fanfare stacks and my furina is level 80 and ends up with 50k hp after the fanfare overflows into hp%. C1 and c2 are both high value cons tho

I got Furina within 20 pulls. What’s funny is that I lost the 50/50 to Dehya which is completely fine, but right after I got Furina within that 10 pull too.

I have to skip Furina, cause the Lady of Spina de Rosula is next, but maybe on her rerun cause her kit looks fun. Also to have enough for one copy and her weapon cause that’s so pretty.

I didn't skip Furina's banner either but I ran out of primos before I got to pity, only got enough for 38 wishes, plus i'm 50/50 but i'm gonna stop now that I've seen what Navia can do! Furina is skip now, i'm saving for GEO ARTILLERY STRIKE!

This is why I will always say 4 stars are the real trap. Like at least weapon banner has pity for 5 stars. There is no pity for specific 4 stars on any banner. 4 stars probably make more money than the average 5 star star since collectors and completionists just can't help themselves.
The thing with Charlotte is why I set a low budget of primos and stick with it. If someone doesn't show up by then, I would've moved on. I only was able to get one Charlotte and she happened to come with Furina. She never came before nor after my 10-pull with Furina. Same with Furina, for that matter. I only budgeted one pity for her so if I hadn't won the 50/50 I would've moved on wthout her.

I usually have really good luck on 4*s. Whenever I wish I at least get a copy within 30 pulls and usually c1 as well. This time I had reached 70 pity on neuvilete's banner and being on a 50/50 I chose furina in the end . Did reach 77 pulls and got her but no Charlotte. I really hope she comes again soon so I can get her cause she seems fun!
I have saved for about 4 month for Furina (about what you had) and god C6 Charlotte 11 pulls after C2 Furina (and C1 Baizhu in 10 pull)
Kage was sacrificed so that I could get Charlotte in one 10 pull
And me still sitting on my 1180 summons I saved up for years to use for Clorinde.

Short version of Fanfare, think of it as a Battery the max is 300 at C0 at C1 it's boosted to 450 the more full the Fanfare Battery the higher her damage buff. One other thing, Use her Skill than Burst doing so compensates for the Delay the skill has. To tell how high your Fanfare is at the bottom of your screen you'll see an "Audience or Crowd" cheering Furina on, the bigger the crowd the closer Furina is to MAX Fanfare. Fanfare is generated by Healing and losing HP from her skill. the more this goes up the crazier the dmg numbers get. Building a full HP and ER Furina produces some absurd bonkers results. There's a player whom already hit the HP Cap of 99k with C2 Furina, Golden Troupe set, and Nilou's 5* sword, the damage..was pure insanity, apparently They K.O.ed the Raiden Shogun boss 6 seconds after her spawn.. and Azdaha even faster... overkill defines that Furina. Well they say Furina in french apparently means Fury..sooo..that seems lore accurate.
Minor correction: C1 increases maximum fanfare stacks from 300 to 400, and provides 150 stacks when using the elemental burst.
Man your luck with 4 star is something else, i got C4 Charlotte with just 100 pull.

I've seen a lot of people struggle with this banner. I was trying to get a higher c beidou and ended up getting everyone but her! It seems like it's harder to get the ones you want.

Rate-up 4*s (characters or weapons) should have epitomized paths! It doesn’t make sense that there is a way to guarantee a rate-up 5* but nothing with rate-up 4*s.
I had to pull 35 more AFTER Furina, who I got at 76 wishes, to pull one Charlotte.
Lottie did me dirty...I just wanted to use the new camera for pretty pictures! lol
I swear, they must’ve switched my and Jei’s luck. I lost the 50-50 three times trying to get Farina to C2, yet I got Charlotte to C5!

i made a healer furina build and she is a statue of the 7 in co op, auto heals too 6-7 K heals it was so fun
I’ve had the same luck with Fontaine 4-stars. Pulled on Zhongli’s banner and no Freminet. 70 pulls for Furina, got her but still no Charlotte.
U was luckier than me, ive got pom pom only after 3 5* characters
Convinced the rate-up is NOT evenly split between the 4-Stars.
Same thing happened to me with Heizou, but even worse.
The Archon quest Act 5 sacred me, because it was good and because half the fandom called it.
