Prof. Dr. Ahmed, excellent lecture👏🏻 I do have a question , if a patient's AVA 0.9cm2 , mean gradient = 34mmHg , Vmax= 3.4m/s , with Normal EF. And i assume SVI above 35ml.
How to know if he is Moderate or Severe ? Should i neglect the AVA by continuity equation showing it to be severe ? Knowing that i measured it multiple times to make sure i didnt make any errors , although i may have done ! Who knows...
