Thank you Sir for this demonstration. Love the way you explain things, so simple and convenient. Sir requesting you to make a video on basics of composite materials, etching techniques and the bonding systems. Thank you Sir.
Sir placing Mta is easier in anterior single rooted tooth but it’s very difficult in molars with blunderbuss canal in pedo pts … how do we do it … Mta carrier is also not very comfortable to use it … any specific plugger size you would suggest please ???
you can but using calcium hydroxide for inducing apexification is a traditional method and typically a multivisit approach which requires a period of 6 months to 4 yrs to complete. Whereas using mta/bioceramic putty, you are able to induce apexification in a single visit.
@@GINDIA-je9kn you've to fill the entire root canal with Calcium hydroxide and condense it with finger pluggers and seal the access Cavity with RMGIC. Recall the patient after 3 months and if there is evidence of calcific barrier at the apical 3-4mm then you're ready for thermoplastic obturation. If not then change the calcium hydroxide dressing and recall the patient every 3 months till the evidence of calcific barrier is seen. I hope this helps doc.

Great sir 🥰
Thank you sir ! Did you give any temporary crown or finished it with composite? Or will the patient go home with the broken tooth ?
Sir u applied opalesecence bleaching agent.. It should not be removed?
Which microscope and in which magnification u r doing this procedure
Can’t we use finger plugger for this??
How r u going to restore the tooth??
beautiful
Nice sir... Can we use 3percent hypo for irrigant in rct Or is it mandatory to use 5. 25 percent?
Should be very careful using hypo for this case,as it's open apex ( mild conc. Would be fine as dr. Suggested)
Name of the bleaching agent and for how much time do we need to keep it in there?
@@sylvester6063 opalescence endo, there is a separate video on walking bleach , check it dr
@@abarajithan1 great result with the bleaching!

Mta is better option,at the age of 9 apex would be closed,so no use of caoh as we can use it in deciduous tooth not for permanent as doc suggested
