For the scones you can premake them, cut and freeze. They last for months in the freezer. I use the largest rectangle food containers from dollar tree. I use parchment to separate them. They hold about 3-4 dozen per container. Then just pull and bake like normal. It will save you a ton of time and late nights.
@@reganelizabeth94 that’s a great idea!!
Wow!!!!! You are a workhorse!!!!! I’m sooo glad you sold out! How amazing!!! Geez….I can’t make one dang sourdough loaf of bread (my first attempt was horrible 😩) and you made HOW MANY???? I am excited to subscribe to your TH-cam channel and look forward to bingeing all of your videos. I wish you continued success in your baking and sales…..I wish for you that one day you have additional equipment and even someone else to help you mix, proof, and bake your breads, scones, and any other baked goods you dream up🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I just love your dedication even at tough times. Thank you for taking us along for this journey. Im just trying to figure out how to bake for my community but can only bake 2 at a time and wondering if that even is doable 😢
@@zz-gc6sb it is! You don’t have to bake a ton to make a difference
If you can sell 10 a week that’s amazing
