I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months all natural no TRT. This book should be essential reading for all men who are looking to increase their testosterone levels naturally. Written by a 50s guy with natural T levels higher than most 20s guys

Thanks for the basics. Hard to find accurate basics outside of buying a textbook.

would be nice another podcast regarding how to deal with shbg, for example, i have a pretty good hormonal panel except shbg wich is always on the high and gives me back a not optimal free test at 24,8 pg/nl, i am 50 years old, all started since an autoimmune thyroid in 2016. btw nice new studio !

Bloody fantastic video!!! Thinking about TRT but want to also start hairless drugs. Heard a lot about dutasteride mesotherapy? Is that 0.01% weekly with a 0.75mm roller?

What's your view on "scrotal cooling"?

Dr Gillett if the LH is around 5, FSH is high (around 13) and prolactin is in the higher range as well, (in 20) is taking HCG a good idea to increase testosterone ? or other option are better ? SHBG is in the normal range

Just a question, i’m aware of a clip of you saying Boron’s effects on T are acute, but we do have 2 human RCT’s where 6mg was used for 1 month and 2 months (one being an unpublished RCT on Siberian men or something) and both had a positive effect on T at the end, although one of them did have slightly elevated estrodial. Is it safe to say its not just short term

My urologist looked at me like my dog does when I asked him about micro-trt or sub-q.

Solid episode. Can you guys have an episode dedicated to Free Testosterone? Having a high total and a low free was briefly touched on in this episode, but it'd be cool if you dove a little deeper on that topic specifically. This topic isn't talked about enough, and everyone in this position gets turned away.

Can you do a deep dive on the Maximus oral program; enclomiphene and their "natural testosterone" the benefits and potential side effects. It would be good to get a 2nd opinion. Also can you explain what carrier oils are used with injectable T and what effect they may have on the body, is injectable T available with oils that are actually beneficial for the body?
