Hey guys, our recording software must’ve hated me this week. So I will record my audio locally as a backup so next week’s post-fight episode is less irritating. Thanks all for your comments, appreciated as always.
@@h93565 Combat Chronicles is mainly on patreon, but I also upload some episodes to Spotify/Apple etc. No TH-cam for the podcast but I do have a TH-cam channel with a shit load of interesting old boxing matches on it called FleaBOXING
@@wipsypap I cut out the gaps in my own podcast because I suffered a similar fate unfortunately (but not with my own audio, strangely enough!) and it hopefully made it listenable. So that is available if you care to give it a shot!
I mean I wish Conor would get each of them to record individual audio as well as recording the whole thing and then he could stitch it together in post
Ah, sorry guys. I had the same problem on my own pod (not my own audio though) and had to spend two hours stitching together Ruebusch and McKenzie’s sentences. Ruebusch obviously didn’t put the same effort in for me!
Not even sure anything is missed, so weird to say complete sentences are lost??? Literally every few sentences it pauses for a moment and then the literal word he was on gets finished - zero info lost. Are you not a native English speaker?
01:33:58 Tren is an anabolic steroid that kills stamina and epinephrine is adrenaline. You're thinking of erythropoietin (EPO) which increases red blood cells. CDF probably isn't on it but RDA is sketchy and Dvalishvilli is most certainly on EPO. Some guys map out their energy expenditure very well but Dvalishvilli's recovery between rounds is a flashing red light.
Unless you're pulling a fast one and recorded this *after* the fight, it's incredible how well you guys nailed what was to come in the Usyk-Fury fight.
Been watching Usyk for years. Skill for skill he’s better than Fury. I do worry about the age judges and ref for this fight. Usyk won 9-3 in the first Joshua fight and got a 7-5 card and he won 8-4 against him in the rematch and got a 7-5 or 8-4 card against him. There’s so much riding on Fury winning this fight to fight AJ. If Usyk doesn’t dominate and it’s remotely close they’ll probably rob him. Also Fury is still good and dangerous. He could catch Usyk with something awkward, he could potentially tire him out with the leaning and kidney punches etc. I got Usyk by SD or Fury by robbery but wouldn’t be surprised with any outcome in this fight.
Love the pod, but you should definitely have edited this before posting it. The occasional splitsecond break in audio happens, but when it happens 400 times in one episode, that makes for a barely listenable episode when it comes to the guest audio.
Your comment is the only one from after the fight. Weird. I do remember you being very high on Fury when he was fighting Chisora and Whyte. What changed? Just curious. He was still leaning straight back with that terrible long guard, crossing his feet and doing the boxing equivalent of Anderson Silva karate poses. Also, how are we seeing that AJ fight going now? He is particularly good at those uppercuts that Ngannou threw, and AJ has the size to be able to frame off any clinch attempts. Faster hands too.

Still loved it.
Hope the audio is better next week
Loved the insight. Do you only upload Fight Chronicles on Spotify or do you have a youtube channel I couldn't find?

Get Connor to cut the gaps in his daw and repost. As a patreon supporter this seems fair.

Fury: “We’re going to go to war, ya sausage. Dosser!”
Usyk: “… Literally, been there; done that, mate.”
Let’s start a gofundme to get Phil out of that cave he’s trapped in ASAP
Yakubians and their caves…
That Fury impression was so damn good. Kyle is a gem. It's always nice when he's on the episode.
Kyle talks so fast there were whole sentences lost in those recurring millisecond glitches in his audio
I kept thinking the video was buffering
27:30 the sweet dead air

Guys, just for good order as you decided to discuss Swedish pronunciation, it's vall-EEHN (emphasis on the second syllable).
Been waiting on these boys braking it down. Its going to be a good Saturday.
Love the boxing talk, the sweet science has been on fire in 2023 2024
Is Kyle the smartest dumb guy or the dumbest smart guy?
Neither just an average person. I’m in awe of genuinely intelligent people and look down on morons.

Fucking love kyle's poor accent

kyle doing john fury lmaooo
Episode comment 005: I can’t believe you had Kyle MacLachlan on and didn’t ask his thoughts about the Dune reboot
love it when Kyle jumps in especially for boxing.
here’s to hoping Usyk stops Fury in Round 12❤
That impression oh my lord
Good or shit?
Kyle the Edson Barboza of breakdowns 😊
“My søon”
Kyle and Phil recording from under the English Channel apparently
Can please
someone link Kyle's channel or smth?

Great show as always, shame that the audio glitches made it really hard to listen to

Whens tbat guy Josh Mcguffin gonna finally be on the show. He did 100 days of crying already
I picked Usyk by stoppage and should’ve been vindicated after what happened in round 9!

@@utkarsh2746 I’m still really high on Fury. I’m just even higher on Usyk.
@@kylemclachlan8651 Fair enough. Do we reevaluate AJ vs Fury now? Or do I have to wait for that episode?
@@utkarsh2746 shameless self plug but I talk a fair bit about a potential Fury-AJ fight on the latest Patreon episode of Combat Chronicles (out now!)
Usyk is older than Fury by 2 years and his style relies more on the first thing that tend to go with age, legs
Your guys audio is messing up
They need better mics and processors that are matched with the sound board
The audio glitches make me feel super happy about the podcast I edit lol. It doesn't just happen to us
What's kyles show link?
It’s called Combat Chronicles
@@kylemclachlan8651 Can't find it, there's loads of other ones called the same. Could u drop a link I'd like to sub to it
The audio quality is ruining the episode
Swedish native here, it's pronounced "Walleen" Swedish I sounds like English E
Kyles mic issues make this unlistenable
no views 1 second fell off, mates
Cringe
Unoriginal
this quality is disgusting
How is the audio this fucked up this long into your podcasting career? How dare you criticise any fighter lol
hmmmm
long live john mckane!
For fuck sake Kyle, sort out your audio! Was really looking forward to this and it's ruined by the audio quality
It’s not my fault. I did a podcast with these boys minutes before and there was no issues my side at all. So blame whatever app we used.
I am obviously sorry for you that the episode wasn’t satisfactory. We’ll figure it out for next week.
@kylemclachlan8651 Fair enough, looking forward to your next appearance. Your John Fury impersonation was hilarious by the way
@@sjtdxitditsitdurzirxur5926 thanks I’m glad it didn’t glitch for that bit haha
