I am an operetic singer and this young lady has the best voice I have heard for maybe 50 years. For her age she is remarkable and will continue to be more remarkable. She likes the old stuff and she is right about the old stuff being the best stuff or compositions.

Not sure I’d compare her singing to Karen Carpenter… charm and passion, maybe (and she does have a nice voice to be honest) but not the voice: KC’s was purely smooth, while Emily’s has a gentle edge to it… nice video for sure

Some of the best Beatles' songs (which would mean the best of the best) are the simple ones. Perfect example. Very well done. Glad you decided to add the harmony track(s). The true "magic" of a lot of Beatles songs is the incredible harmonies. You nailed that too! Keep exploring that kind of stuff!

Emily, I am 76 years old and I loved the Beatles and remember their first appearance in the US on the Ed Sullivan show. They kind of intimated us boys because all the girls went crazy over them. We acted like we didn't like them but secretly we loved all their music. Great job Emily on a great song!
