- This Ocean Voyager exhibit at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta is a six million gallon saltwater tank that is the second largest viewing window in the world at 23 feet tall by 61 feet wide and 2 feet thick. The exhibit houses four whale sharks, hammerhead sharks, manta rays, and many other amazing fish. It truly is a sight to behold in person.

@marcialman1998 The filter is probably 2-4,000,000 litres/hours. Assuming the aquarium is near the ocean, they'd have a direct feed of water and it'd be continuously filtered to removed pollutants like heavy metals and pesticides, but it would probably allow plankton in unless they had a way to breed it or they simply buy it from somewhere.

Ahh I went there july 4th, way too crowded. I like the guide that says..."I won't lie to you, its not unsual for some animals to become a meal for the larger fish from time to time"

@hrhbiggred yeah, when i went there, there were 4 of them, theres actually a vid that says that they have more than 500 species on the acuarium, and 4 whale sharks :D

@LakeemSkyhook they fed with vitamins and some healthy food. but they dont eat each other.. and all fish inside the tank are not harmful.. but there still some casses that they eat each other but rarely.
