Lou, been following your prophecies for years; this matches exactly what I’ve been shown; thank you for this - a return to love 💕 in the name of Jesus. I’ve been praying for racial justice for years and have been in a spiritual battle; but I believe the bride cannot be ready until the bride is united and connected through love - it’s justice and mercy, it’s love and forgiveness, it’s repentance and fear of the Heavenly Father. Have you heard of Dr. Charles Karaku, Sean Feucht, Joshua Lindquist? They have been touring the country leading unity revival meetings in Minneapolis, Sacramento, and other places. Praying that the revival fires would spread!
Some drink only water. Some drink juice. Some do smoothies. Some do a "Daniel fast", which you can google for more info. I personally am nursing a baby so I must eat. I am avoiding all meat, grains, and dairy. Going for vegetables and fruit mostly and some green juice like barley, wheatgrass, spirulina, and also eating some eggs at breakfast time. But do pray about it and see if you feel led to a certain fast.
