    Aero city and IT city nu jandi 200 feet road te taa jaam hi lagga rehnda. Only one road goes to aero city

      Hi, the budget is low for proper Mohali. The best you can get is 750 sq ft super area flat in 18 lakh at a prime location. Otherwise we can make an investment plan for you where you invest 15 lakh in a property which grows in few years in value. We sell it and re invest it - and repeat this cycle 2-3 times. This will make you enough profit to have a 1000 sq ft + residential plot in Mohali in future.

      300 Sq yard B road will at least start from 1.65+ in Aerocity & from 1.85+ in IT city. This is the starting price

      Sec 125 is Sunny Enclave. The services are not properly maintained their like - no road repair, no street light. Due to this you find plots and homes at a cheaper cost their. If budget is not an issue then it is not recommended
