Firework Rocket Launcher was a weapon that was kinda just forgotten about right after it came out despite it being INSANELY good at release and it having to be nerfed soon after. The current version is still really good especially in BR but i would say that the only downside is the stamina drain as it can leave you vulnerable to attacks and being unable to get away
