The experiential nature of this film is foundational to understanding an amazing adventure that was to eventually unfold between two noble human beings from two vastly different alternate realities, living side by side in the same space and time, but whose worlds somehow never collided until this moment.
Mr. Bat, at 71 years of age, is physically strong, agile, and miraculously wrinkle free! He articulates well, and never stammers or stutters when he speaks; his mind is sharp and logical, and he's multilingual. He is methodical in his chores, and like the superhero, Batman, he built his home singlehandedly with precision including engineering a powerful water system for irrigation and household use. He doesn't wear glasses and lives without electricity.
Finding Mr. Bat was like finding the Lost Tribe of Israel! Indentureship Shiplist Records from India show that Mr. Bat's Caste was renowned for Extraordinary Bravery and Honour. Historical Records relate an Invasion of India by China where 120 Soldiers from Mr. Bat's Caste saved India in The Greatest Last Stand that ever occurred in all of Human History! After the Battle, all the Soldiers from Mr. Bat's Caste were found in a trench without a single bullet in the chambers of their weapons; not one ran away from the battlefield, and each Soldier fought barehandedly to the very end!
A "Chance Encounter"? I doubt it very much. It was a thing written in the stars to be recorded forever and for all times "Inside Caura".

Dear Rita, I've tried to climb that tree many times. Eventually it fell and I reached the top. Kidding. Something Mr Bat said remains with me: "If I don't share something every day, I don't feel good."
I just love yr videos , down to earth, natural amazing. I discovered planting and gardeiwhen covid started although my elder brother and father were doing it for yrs. It is my dream to retire do this for the rest of my life. Missing T&T so much . I admire the This man who is living simple and natural out there in Caura. Still going at his age! God rest his soul he will be so miss. ❤️took his brother my husband on a trip he did not tell us where we were going but driving into this track of an road and crossing rivers but to my surprise I was very happy once we reach the house of this very charming gentleman it was one of my best experience I have ever had it is so beautiful there.
It is quite an experience we spend the day we cook and eat fresh fruit what a beautiful live.

I enjoy these videos with Mr. Batt and you Lyndon. The hindustani word for the vines climbers is JHAMRA , MAchan is the word for the utensils washing stand . The english word for Carilee is bitter melon . I must say Mr. Batt remember more hindustani words than i do , despite my correction. Much respect .
