The failure to respect and uphold the rule of law and the constitution has serious implications. Wike’s actions show total disrespect for the governor of rivers state, Sim Fubara; the elders, chiefs and kings of rivers state; the good people of rivers state; and the rule of law and the constitution. Wike deserves to be prosecuted and if found guilty, jailed.
