Really Interesting to hear your views .....i am particularly aware of the comment re UK staging........each year staging becomes more and more important and if we are not careful the contest will become a video contest where each country just sends in a video of their entry.....................................
France though it was not enough to copy Italian Malè ballads from Italy….they also are copying the A Cappella monent from La Noia! Don’t like it, and they won’t make it in my opinion!
Cannizzaro non dire cazzate! 😅 La Francia non copia proprio niente da La noia, anche perché se non erro quella francese era stata selezionata già molto prima di Sanremo... guarda all'inizio neanche a me piaceva la Francia, perché mi sembra che portino sempre la stessa canzone strappalacrime e poi Slimane sembra un po' troppo teatrale, però ti dirò che sta cominciando a convincermi e hanno fatto una messa in scena molto semplice, ma di classe ed efficace secondo me, una scelta che potrebbe anche premiarli tra tutti sti balletti e giochi pirotecnici... premiarli nel senso che potrebbero fare molto bene, ma non credo vada a podio... voto delle giurie assicurato, voto del pubblico top o flop

It's a song contest, not a staging contest! Sweden's staging is lightyears better than the song, and even the UK's highly embarrassing softcore staging is still stronger than the song itself.

for years UK gets criticised for rubbish staging... now when they do incredible staging they get criticised for spending too much
