Heyyyy I’m 22 and I just wanted to say as someone who was alone almost all my life and for a while almost feeling more comfortable being alone then being around ppl but thankfully I now have a lot of wonderful ppl in my life and I’m so lucky with this the point I’m trying to make is that you’ll meet more ppl that anxiety slowly fades and just wanted to say thanks for the video I’ve had a really shitty past few months and i guess it was just nice to hear everyone is kind of going through it
@@alyssacarmelaaa Yeah, turns out my dad secretly had a kid with a woman a few towns over. When she died I guess it prompted him to come clean, and I discovered my half sister.
I feel this, been spiraling and have trouble with self medicating a lot. Finally starting to get on a healthy path. You’d be very comforted knowing how much people around you care. Even strangers
