Now have 3 Free Spirit rods, love 'em. The CTX 7' SR Feeder is superb for fishing the 16m line when the wind is too much. Plenty of power for fish to 10lb & soooo accurate to cast with.

I think free spirit rods are one of the best rods on the market. I have had there carp rods for years and wouldn't go back to any other company and I have tried most over the years.

Is this range of rods durable? im in the market for a new feeder & float rod & hear are good things about these rods, but im concerned they may be a little soft through the blank & tip
