Someone in chat asked about colored antiques, Makers Leather Supply sells colored antiques in orange, pink, blues and others. They also sell a special resist to go with it and have video showing the best way to use it.
I bought some gorgeous turquoise that turned out great.

Isn't there a light or a screen that shows you when you are on the air?

The dark granite looks best. Your work shows up better on it.

Yes Liz was doing it wrong, go to Sergey's website LeatherStampsTools on Etsy to see how they punch. Heck Liz look on SLC website on the retro tool, it's a weave like a basket weave. LOL Ah, you figured it out.
I use an old Lixie Brand bronze head hammer that I glue a piece of 8 oz veg tan to both sides until it wears out then I replace as the contact cement lets it peel off fairly easily.
Get the #439 9x12mm Cross stamp that can be used to make a weave as well, Sergey certainly knows how to design a stamp.

How do you make a price for a piece you made ?
    Greetings from Brazil 😀

Hello, when it comes to pricing your work, the biggest problem is selling yourself short. Start off with what you want to make an hour, what you feel you are worth an hour. Include that into your price and don't forget your materials cost as well. As you grow and see an increase in sales and your own skills, give yourself a raise!

We would love to help you. For us to ship these tools to Spain would be pricey in the shipping cost for you. But we do recommend buying straight from Sergey himself. He is more local to you than us. Here is his page. www.etsy.com/shop/LeatherStampsTools?ref=shop-header-name&listing_id=856673632&from_page=listing He is great to do business with.
