Portugal is so Catholic that it’s an instinct to do the in the name of the father and son gesture every time we see something shocking or sad 😅. Portugal is so Catholic, that we call out to a Saint every time we’re stressed, frustrated or cross with something. I wasn’t even Catholic growing up but living in Portugal alone made me act this way because it was deeply imbedded in the overall culture.
