Hey Guys! :) Is there sth WRONG WITH BLUE BUFF? Dishsoap doesn't play it even when having multiple tears. Is this on purpose?

Nothing wrong with BB, this Game His carries have to large Mana Pools to make it good. Generally If a champ has more than 50 Mana shojin/adaptive makes them cast more often. Good BB carries this Set for ex: kog, teemo, kindred, syndra

the units he plays early and late in this game do not use bb as well as shojin due to having a larger mana pool.
Also with the items he had early (2 tears, sword, bow) a shiv+shojin is much better early game compared to bb+giant slayer. Obviously he could have chose different items from the component anvils but there arent many stronger options even in hindsight.

You should use blue buff on champs that have the mana bar less than 60 or 50.
