She combines brilliant technique and strength with an ability to diffuse emotion and character into each role. She is centre front, and one can't help being mesmerized by her. She has star quality.
i love how the russians look strong again--during the '90s and early '00s it was like they were going for fragile, bendy, stick insects with insane extensions.
their legs are properly muscled now and the pointe is strong again. fantastic.
The Russians are still preoccupied with ballerinas' weight. They criticize Sevenard for her "heaviness."

Her Aegina is phenomenal and I was pleasantly surprised by her Giselle. There’s a suppleness to the movements, a rippling flow. It makes the steps seem effortless. You almost forget that this is, in fact, the result of hard work. She’s constantly improving.

Are you kidding? You need to watch Lopatkina, that is a prima! This girl is sloppy her arms in turns are way off. Go watch the diff in Lopatkina and her lines then you'll understand a true prima

Yes, she is quite destined to be a Prima ballerina...her musicality and stunning port de bras launch over a strong technique into her time; I hope there is an opportunity to see her in Swan Lake. Very changed from the anxious performances of several years ago. I wonder if she is being coached by a different person who understands her, likes her, and she likes as well. She seems much more relaxed and confident...a pleasure to see her in this stage of her professional life. Lovely smiles and bravura, good technique and musicality. Brava, Eleonara!

My faith in Ballet is restored......she is divine.
I have to say, this is definitely the best newcomer Prima Ballerina that I’ve seen yet far. It’s so refreshing to see a dancer actually dance on music. Frankly I don’t remember the last time I’ve seen such gorgeous musicality coupled with a fantastically soft-handed port de bras. I will definitely keep an eye on her now. From what I’ve seen I like her better than Osipova overall. She doesn’t seem to have high extensions, even lower than Osipova but see, this just proves that you don’t need high extensions or high jumps in most roles. Musicality and port de bras are the KEY to superior ballet.
Dovrebbe lavorare ancora sull'espressivita'....il viso e' ancora poco espressivo al contrario di Osipova o di Nunez. Un po' scolastica ancora... ma del resto e' ai suoi esordi e crescera' sicuramente
С детства люблю балет. Неоднократно, будучи подростком, бывала в Большом театре. Имела целую библиотеку «Балет Большого театра» с фотографиями и рассказами о балетмейстерах и звёздах балета.
К сожалению, всё утрачено с переездом в другую страну. Но моя родина и лучший балет мира в моём сердце.

Элеаноре ещё очень далеко до примы балерины Большого Театра. Многие вариации классического репертуара упрощают специально для неё, темпы замедляют, многие элементы она исполняет с техническими погрешностями. И если вспомнить настоящих прим Большого, да ещё и сравнить, то станет ясно какой объём работы ей ещё предстоит проделать, чтобы просто приблизиться к ним. Внешность далеко не означает, что это претендент на приму. Пока не доросла.
Спасибо Вам за честный и профессиональный разбор. Захвалить балерину незаслуженно - значит сделать ей дурную услугу.
Полностью согласна. Не понимаю, кто тут пишет восторженные отзывы - эти люди, вообще, настоящих звёзд балета никогда не видели?

А насчёт мирового уровня - увы, похоже, что на "мировой уровень" теперь и будут равняться у нас.
Меня поражает - её и Редькина усердно пропихивает Цискаридзе. Ну он-то должен понимать, что это - не тот уровень, которым можно гордиться?

I really like her. She and Kokoreva are my two favorite young soloists at Bolshoi and primary candidates for principals. She has grown a lot and proved herself to be a workhorse dancer.

Когда на балерину хочется смотреть и смотреть бесконечно, когда танец балерины вызывает восхищение и наслаждение, и только положительные эмоции - это и есть прима-балерина. А, если к этому прибавить и красоту природную - это вообще блеск. Одно её появление на сцене уже вызывает бурю эмоций и овацию зрителей. Людей не проведёшь, а недруги есть у каждого. Всем мил не будешь, найдут к чему придраться. За 5 лет балерина танцует почти весь классический репертуар. Большая труженица и умница. Элечка! Только вперёд, и радуй почитателей своего таланта. Thank you! How lovely! Are these performances in chronological order? In the earlier ones the only very minor improvement I may have wished for was more fluidity in her hands and arms. She is clearly a very conscientious and diligent ballerina that is always seeking to improve, because less than halfway through this compilation, I could find no flaws of tension or tightness. She is committed to technique and is also a true artist. Stunning!

The 👁 first thing I notice about the ravishing Sevenard is her beauty. She is as beautiful as any historical Hollywood stars like Gina Lollobrigida, Rita Hayworth, and Audrey Hepburn. Her commanding stage presence is the bread and butter of dance.
What makes her special is the ability and fearless fact of wanting and accomplishing to clean up the hiccups in her technique. Based on what I see here, that goal has been quite fruitful.
Do I wish her piqué attitude turns in Giselle were slowly sustained breathlessly? Yes.
Her chainees in Etudes with the shoulders and spotting more in academic forms? Yes.
But those are just picky picky points by me that don't get in the way of the overall champion dancing. She creates an aura around her space and brings her audience to her own world of magic. There is a quality that I love and want in a ballerina, sumptuous sensual femininity. La Sevenard is certainly the most gifted in that.
She reminds me not of past Russian greats but of Cynthia Gregory, Lynn Seymour, Sallie Wilson, MARGOT FONTEYN, Gelsey Kirkland , Allegra KENT and Carla FRACCI.
La Sevenard moves organically, unfussy, and dares herself onstage. I love that about her.
In closing, I wish Bolshoi would bring to her the Antony Tudor repertoire, Jardin aux Lilac, Pillar of Fire, and Agnes de Mille's Fall River LEGEND. La Sevenard is born for this repertoire.
Yes, Sevenard's Prima Ballerina presence and styles qualify for the title.

Pour moi qui regarde simplement, sans connaissance technique particulière s'entend, je trouve tout ça très beau , comme si c'était facile ! Elle passe d'un rôle à un autre avec égal bonheur ... mais je suis juste une passionnée de danse , pas un fin connaisseur.. Toutefois je dirais encore que quand c'est beau et juste , ça se voit ..
