Thanks for sharing this!! I love her live version of this tune! Her understated, delicate, and inspiring melody lines and beautiful intonation delight me like a quiet fire. Great tempo and key too. I'll try singing in this key myself. バックアップのトリオの演奏も素晴らしい❗️特にタイナーのようにメロディックな森田さんのピアノソロが最高!
"You Go to My Head" is a 1938 popular song composed by J. Fred Coots with lyrics by Haven Gillespie. Why are the songwriters rarely mentioned in videos like these. ???????
I respectfully disagree with Mr WaddieBuff. I hear emotions well expressed in her clean lines. Her voice is relaxed, not forced at all; not like those so-called jazz singers who sing jazz like another R&B song with lots of emotions. I like Miss Hubka's vocal style and I dig what she's doing with her voice. I'd just say her music is best expressed by her singing with her guitar. If anything is less emotional, it's the way the band plays. With sophisticated recording setup, she would sound right.
There are too many moments of pretending rather than the heart that should fill Jazz. I just cannot get past that. The technique is very good, but the delivery... well. I've said it, for what my opinion's worth.
Yes... THIS is how it should be sung!👌👍💗
Poetry, music and artistry....so fabulous..
Very elegant . I can listen to her the whole day and night.
Why do I have to linger … This is great 😊

Just showing off her technique, no emotion at all.
