I think Alex Martin (pro racer and has won the overall at washougal the race this ep was about ) is 5'4 and races a 250 so I would say yes
if u not too heavy... ride a kx100 or a crf150r.... or get 125/250/250f but you gona have to do some shrinking mods to get the seat heght lower ... all the short pros there bikes are moded to be slight lower...

Don't blame you one bit for going to the 250F, I mean we cannot expect the rest of the field to jump on 125's, nor can we expect the AMA to man up and equalize the classes by cc.
