Also, if you look to the side at the very beginning of the performance, you can see Leigh waiting in the darkness as Jade takes the first verse. Perrie is presumably doing the same thing on the other side of the stage, then they both make their entrance while the camera is focused squarely on Jade to give that "teleport" appearance.
