Yes please I doweled the tiers before stacking them together. Also we used the pearl dust and edible spirit to spray the cake to get the shimmering effect

Too many flowers were used and that covered up the shape and details on TV pillows. Less is more and I feel that adding tassels on each pillow would've definitely elevated the design of the pillows. Other than that it's a pretty cake.

@@Modcatering37 That's not American buttercream. If it is your attempt at making it, you made it incorrect. American buttercream is thick and creamy. That looks like watered-down ganashe.
You can check my videos and you’ll see a full video of how we do our ABC. I added fresh milk to it to loosen it up and limit the sweetness. Most ppl are cutting down intake of sugar and I wouldn’t wish to lose a client due to too much sugar in my products. Thank you.

Our Clients are very conscious with what they eat. They enjoy the cake more than the cream. So if you use more cream, you’ll end up thrashing them out.

Please you need just small amount of dust (roughly a tsp or 1/2tbsp) and 1/3cup of edible spirit or vodka
