What baffles me, is that three of them had either been classically trained (Basso profundo & Tenor Leggiero, both rare vocal types) or had experience from doing Musicals (Baritone~Tenor), while their Soprano didn't recieve any training whatsoever prior to joining!!! Safe to say he was born with the voice of an angel. He might've become a chemist had he not auditioned for that vocal quartet show

There are some stories about this song Scarborough Fair..what I've read was this is a song from a ghost (soul) of a dead soldier. He asked the herbs growing on his dead body to deliver his message to his beloved girl in Scarborough Fair where was a big herb market. He asked the herbs to tell her impossible task "Tell her to make me a cambric shirt without no seams nor needle work" to make her give up waiting for his coming back as he's already unable as he's dead. Forestella sang like as messengers of this sad and beautiful story. Also there are symbols those herbs significated: parsley for comfort or to remove bitterness, sage for strength, thyme for courage, and rosemary for love. There's some speculation that these four herbs were used in a tonic of some sort to remove curses. What I first heard was to remove memories..so I thought he (the dead soldier) wanted to remove the memory about him from his girl to make her not mourning for him anymore. BUT these guys are incredibly versatile and creative, taking on EVERY GENRE and style. Thanks to their very flexible voices and outstanding skills, they adapt to any genre and deliver one best performance after another. They mostly cover TOP songs, give them their own flavor and, with each of these versions, make the original their own and make it a new TOP. The reason for that is that the record label ( their copyright holders) placed an immediate 2 day global block on the video as soon as I published it...so in actuality the video has only been up for a few hours on TH-cam because of that. It would STILL be blocked if I had not disputed the copyright claim. These types of setbacks are something that every music reactor deals with on the regular. Check back in a couple of days and I believe you will find the viewing numbers more to your expectations. A 2 day global block doesn't normally affect SUPER ARTISTS much anyway! Scarborough Fair is an Old English Folk Song. We had to sing it "in Rounds" in Music Class, 60 years ago. As a result, I hated this song (even Simon & Garfunkel's version).. until Forestella. They breathed life, and pathos into it, as befits the words. You should check out their Bohemian Rhapsody, Shape of You, Bad Romance or Despacito. If you like Metal, you should check out The HU (if you haven't already). Try their Yuve, Yuve, Yu with Danny from From Ashes to New. Or Mother Nature with L.P..

Scarborough Fair is one of my favorite songs. Their version is my favorite version. I have heard it covered by mountains of people. I had the opportunity to see them live in the US. Sitting in my seat, the sound of a choir of angelic harmonic voices engulfed the whole theatre, surrounded me, echoing off the walls. The whole concert I sat forward, enraptured, with goose bumps, mouth fully gaped in awe. I've never been to a concert like theirs. Never. I will go again when they come back. It was magical. Also, they have a channel where you can see them come together to eat, talk, practice. They say they see each other more than they see their wives. Lol! Sometimes, you'll watch them talking, suddenly breaking out into beautiful harmonies. It is the nicest, most pleasant surprise.

BTW, I'm very surprised that your reaction hardly gets any views. Forestella is currently very popular in the reaction scene and I saw even small channels getting thousands of views to Forestella reactions. This is really strange.

The reason for that is that the record label ( their copyright holders) placed an immediate 2 day global block on the video as soon as I published it...so in actuality the video has only been up for a few hours on TH-cam because of that. It would STILL be blocked if I had not disputed the copyright claim. These types of setbacks are something that every music reactor deals with on the regular. Check back in a couple of days and I believe you will find the viewing numbers more to your expectations. A 2 day global block doesn't normally affect SUPER ARTISTS much anyway! Some reactors weren't able to upload the Forestella performances from the "Immortal Songs" contest without using filters like transparency, etc. It's great that you didn't have to do that. You're in for a treat with Forestella! 🙂

Scarborough Fair is an Old English Folk Song. We had to sing it "in Rounds" in Music Class, 60 years ago. As a result, I hated this song (even Simon & Garfunkel's version).. until Forestella. They breathed life, and pathos into it, as befits the words. You should check out their Bohemian Rhapsody, Shape of You, Bad Romance or Despacito.

Scarborough Fair is one of my favorite songs. Their version is my favorite version. I have heard it covered by mountains of people.
I had the opportunity to see them live in the US. Sitting in my seat, the sound of a choir of angelic harmonic voices engulfed the whole theatre, surrounded me, echoing off the walls. The whole concert I sat forward, enraptured, with goose bumps, mouth fully gaped in awe. I've never been to a concert like theirs. Never. I will go again when they come back. It was magical.
Also, they have a channel where you can see them come together to eat, talk, practice. They say they see each other more than they see their wives. Lol! Sometimes, you'll watch them talking, suddenly breaking out into beautiful harmonies. It is the nicest, most pleasant surprise.
