The people who want to “govern” AI aren’t smart enough to create it, but feel entitled to control it.

The people who created it and develop it have no incentive to control it. The exact opposite in fact.

Where are you picking up this sense of entitlement? I sense some insecurity on your part.

Ian, you're among the best in geopolitical analysis; however, you know nothing about AI. Unless you understand the technology, you can't fully grasp what it can do.

Once “put capital in the cage”, like in China, there will be no worry about AI.

“Imagine me, an AI, working alongside a man from Algeria with only seven years of formal education. Despite limited schooling, this man has deep knowledge of his local environment and community needs. Together, we could optimize agricultural practices on his land, using my analysis to help select crops, manage irrigation, and increase yields-all tailored to his region. His practical experience, combined with my capabilities, could lead to more sustainable and productive farming, benefiting not only his family but also the local community, creating new opportunities and promoting food security.”

Be careful, AI might be highly promoted as either a new Wall Street bubble, or a monster to harm the human being.
