If total t3 t4 slightly on higher side of second trimester specific range
but
Free t3 t4 normal
TSH. 0.02
TRAB NOT available then what is to be done

What should be done in case of hyperthyroidism if TRAb is positive 1.76 while T3-1.78,T4 -8.60 (close to Upper limit )while Tsh is

If the T3 and T4 seen normal then best to wait and watch and not treat the patient

Sir after 18 weeks the fetus will use it's own thyroid hormones or still it will be on mother thyroid hormones

i have not seen any lab doing total T3, T4 in nepal. all labs do free T3, free T4
