  • In the Haitian migrant crisis, Daniel Foote, the U.S. special envoy to Haiti, has resigned in protest of the deportation of the migrants to their homeland.
Social media is providing help to many migrants as they traveled to Texas. Facebook, TH-cam and WhatsApp were used to help migrants share information. These sites are helpful for French and Creole-speaking Haitians.
Jemima Pierre, Black Alliance for Peace member and a regular contributor to the Black Agenda Report, joins Marc Lamont Hill on “Black News Tonight” to share her thoughts on the situation.
All this and more on “Black News Tonight.”
