Hi, Oliver eyeball is like a consumable Item. Use it. Then a quest will pop up. Finish it! Then engale will ask you a favor, gift him his favorite is Topaz or Soft fur for fast level of the favor. A much cheaper alt is star dust. U can get that at guild store or equipment. It gives same percent as four leaf clover but much cheaper
