Kinda surprised they aren't having their cake and eating it too with the leveling system. There's no reason why the Prestige and seasonal ranking systems can't co-exist. Keep prestiging the way God intended and then have a level for each season that gives us the stuff we already get from the seasonal ranks.

It's always a bit different with treyarch games though. Yes there's people who get excited as soon as a new one is revealed but treyarch games are always a different feel. Some people only buy treyarch cods and with zombies being round based there's a 3rd mode that's better than anything we have got since cold war
But they are adding prop hunt and the new movement looks hella fun and new guns with zero remakes ones. Plus the story finna go crazy for mp and zombies. Treyarch is the only studio that doesn’t have any misses
What really worries me is the possibility of lackluster DLC seasons. Because Treyarch is supposedly developing COD 2025 as well, which means that they might have a skeleton crew for BO6 DLC, so they can have more resources for the next game.
Bringing classic prestige back is something that will peesonally keep me playing the game more. I've always enjoyed hitting that reset button and unlocking everything again if i get bored. Not to mention, the rewards for prestiging are fun to unlock.

Prestige back in the old days, at least for me. Was amazing, but it was always in the background after the gameplay. There was no SBMM. Back then, I would just get lost in the gameplay. After three weeks or so, I'd be like oh. I can go to the next Prestige. I don't think it will be the same in BO6 with the intense EOMM. Those days relaxing back on the sofa playing COD while listening to a good music album are long gone. I'm hoping Zombies brings that back. But the fact its always online. I worry if you can even pause a zombie game.

Black Ops Cold War is the most underrated cod in recent memory.. I can’t speak for campaign but I was addicted to zombies that year and I don’t play much zombies usually and MP felt lke BO1 and BO2 had a baby.
I’m a huge fan of MWII. I just jumped back on it after taking a break and my goodness, it’s a great game. It doesn’t play like a normal CoD but imo that’s a good thing because the fans have no self respect and are content with a re-skinned game every year for a full price. Ground War especially is a work on art. Going in a game and being able to coordinate with a team like in Battlefield is so freaking fun, there’s no excuse for Call of Duty to regress with less content in the future.

They need to bring back the “recycled lobbies” in MP. If you don’t like your lobby, simply back out and go back in the mode you want to be in. Simple. Keeps the flow going versus waiting for another new lobby. And will encourage the camaraderie and iconic trash talking.

Idk why people care so much about the aesthetic/setting of each game. It’s the gameplay and content that make the game fun (or not). Perfect example is MW2 2022 v MW3 2023. I will say that they usually cut back on quality of life stuff in game set a long time ago because it’s not period authentic. This is unnecessary and detrimental - COD is not realistic.

I'm still cautiously optimistic, the movement changes doesn't seem too crazy in my mind. Unless your diving around corners the only really benefit is being able to sprint in any direction which is cool I guess. I really hope they copy CWs zombies, that was very enjoyable especially as a solo player, MWZ killed solo play for me cause anything new was tied to extremely hard challenges and don't feel like grouping with 5 randoms when I'm trying to chill. Hope Outbreak makes an appearance but I doubt it, that was a nice fresh new way to enjoy zombies when you don't feel like being stuck in a confined map
All I am going to say about the excitement. No matter how good the game seems to be the EOMM / SBMM will make it miserable for me. I am glad that I can play the campaign and zombies for Game Pass price though. So probably will spend 10-20 euros on this game.
I'm going to be honest with you. I hate calling them pro players because I don't think they're pro at anything, I don't even think they're good. Back in our day with Call of Duty to be good, you would overcome all odds. These days, the players just whine about everything. The g a literally everything. It's boring to watch and frustrating to play. They can't move on. They can't overcome anything. They suck ass.
If BO6 Zombies is gonna be all like in BO Cold War with upgrading each weapon categories, perks, rarities, and field upgrades, I'm in. Love that system.

I was feeling excited, I just went and played MW3 for a few hours and only the 10v10 is playable, the other games modes are stacked with 6 man teams trying their hardest. And im not saying it because im doing bad because im not, its just boring playing the same scenario game after game with no variables.

No change to Sbmm, disbanding lobbies, cheaters and monitored game chat. Bo6 will be just as trash as last year and the year before that and the year before that.
The games are getting better in terms of features, the issue is bloat of content instead of meaningful content. Skins aren't content, amd neither is Black Cell. I think the aftermarket parts for MWIII are dumb and pointless, sometimes I think they should just make COD one big game instead of releasing new titles all the time like SM2 was supposed to be before Activision gave them the cease and desist order.

I thought we were getting another Black Ops game in 2025? One that has remastered BO2 maps along with new maps. And that has the weapons and stuff from BO6 carry over like they did with MWII and MWIII

I'm still cautiously optimistic, the movement changes doesn't seem too crazy in my mind. Unless your diving around corners the only really benefit is being able to sprint in any direction which is cool I guess. I really hope they copy CWs zombies, that was very enjoyable especially as a solo player, MWZ killed solo play for me cause anything new was tied to extremely hard challenges and don't feel like grouping with 5 randoms when I'm trying to chill. Hope Outbreak makes an appearance but I doubt it, that was a nice fresh new way to enjoy zombies when you don't feel like being stuck in a confined map
All I am going to say about the excitement. No matter how good the game seems to be the EOMM / SBMM will make it miserable for me. I am glad that I can play the campaign and zombies for Game Pass price though. So probably will spend 10-20 euros on this game.
I'm going to be honest with you. I hate calling them pro players because I don't think they're pro at anything, I don't even think they're good. Back in our day with Call of Duty to be good, you would overcome all odds. These days, the players just whine about everything. The g a literally everything. It's boring to watch and frustrating to play. They can't move on. They can't overcome anything. They suck ass.
If BO6 Zombies is gonna be all like in BO Cold War with upgrading each weapon categories, perks, rarities, and field upgrades, I'm in. Love that system.
Gameplay looks great I really hope the game is awesome. However I can’t trust activision ever again tho after MWII. Please if you are a casual do not pre order the new cod wait a few days at least.

I was feeling excited, I just went and played MW3 for a few hours and only the 10v10 is playable, the other games modes are stacked with 6 man teams trying their hardest. And im not saying it because im doing bad because im not, its just boring playing the same scenario game after game with no variables.
We do this every year. Activision has an amazing marketing team that can make us fall for it 15 years straight then be disappointed
I think what makes me most excited is getting something that will feel “new” due to an era change. No doubt they got their marketing on lock
@@PrestigeisKeyidk BO6 looks very much like Cold War still which won’t feel new at all after a month of playing it. This rumored BO2 sequel coming next year or year after is needed. Cod was at its most creative when they had future or near future settings.

Period change is the least important component of whether the game feels fresh. When they listen to people like you that criticize COD because “it’s the same thing every year” we get double-jumping and change for the sake of change.
No change to Sbmm, disbanding lobbies, cheaters and monitored game chat. Bo6 will be just as trash as last year and the year before that and the year before that.
I haven’t been excited since MW2019, MW2 was sad, and MW3 was a scam… so I’m hoping BO6 resets the future
The games are getting better in terms of features, the issue is bloat of content instead of meaningful content. Skins aren't content, amd neither is Black Cell. I think the aftermarket parts for MWIII are dumb and pointless, sometimes I think they should just make COD one big game instead of releasing new titles all the time like SM2 was supposed to be before Activision gave them the cease and desist order.
I think the Callofduty community as a whole has gotten so soft that almost anything will impress them or get them excited even though they should know by now not to expect anything great from COD. Because it’s still Activision. They have let everyone down for years now so we shouldn’t exclude that to change
Ill die on the hill CW was the best cod we've had in the last 5 years. Also I really wish we could go back to the system classic MW3 and Ghosts had for streaks which is splitting streaks into Support streaks and Killstreaks. I thought it was such a fun idea.
As good as black ops 6 looks the bullshit matchmaking will always put me off, just excited to try it without paying this year on game pass, but hooked on xdefient anyway, at least thats a community and the devs take the community feedback
The movement system has me thinking that this game will be an absolute nightmare for an average player like myself. Plus the fact that they won’t budge on the strict SBMM.
if all you get is emblem and a calling card i aint prestiging. Lock the mastery camos behind prestige, like how in bo1 you could only get gold if you were prestige 10.
Hope they bring reznov somehow as an operator that you can use like in black out
Please be good you know what I wish the most is that they bring the old navigating system through multiplayer, everything was so freaking simple easy to navigate I know I’m asking for a lot it’s just a huge turn off

Infinity ward ruined cod with the new mw trilogy they took everything good from cod and replaced it with a worse system for example prestige system and then every studio was forced to copy them because of activision and Infinity ward claiming that there bad decisions were good for player retention when that was clearly a lie the truth is they just don't listen thanks to treyarch they are actually making a good game for the fans and they are even bringing back prestige mode
