Perfect S means: S in every given category (or battle) + no damage and no continues. S rank requirement on DMD is 6000 points.
Controls:
◻ = Melee
△ = Trick
O = Change weapon (left)
X = Jump
R1 = Lock-on
R2 = Change weapon (right)
L1 = DT
L2 = Mirage
L3 = Change target
R3 = Reset camera
D-pad = all default

For those having problems with perfect judgement cuts after the first judgement cut you'll see a flash just as vergil is about to sheathe his sword after executing the first judgement cut keep you're finger on the attack button as soon as you see the flash release. repeat the process but you have you be faster.
Also if you're in SDT the judgement cut timing's are faster.
yeah I tried this but this is pretty much all about practice and being consistent with it plus air judgement cut is so much easier for some reason

As for the gameplay, this is the point where I can even see that they improved Vergil when compared to 4. The first two stages either weren't as acommodating or maybe it's because it was the start of the run but now I can see how far the DMC team has come with his gameplay ideas.

Just finished up my DMD run 30 mins ago. It’s amazing how completing Bloody palace beforehand conditioned me to go through it a bit easier. The super costume is worth it.

5 dollars for the best character in the game? Yes, honestly I didn't want to attempt S ranking every level on every difficulty but vergil makes it very approachable. Dunno about Hell and Hell yet but I've cleared human, devil hunter, son of sparda, and I'm on mission 7 on D&D. If you want that all S rank achievement, Vergil is the character to do it with.
@@Tofuuuuuu Hate to burst your bubble in case your run is still is going but you won't unlock the trophies for clearing DMD and clearing it with all S ranks using Vergil:( Still definitely worth going though since he's so fun to use

Can you please consider making some kinda tutorial vid about Vergil’s moves ..? Especially his just cuts ( perfect judgement cuts ) I struggle so much tryna learn how to do 3x just cuts . I know if you do it correctly Vergil says “jackpot “ ... but no matter what i do I can only perform 1 just cut :((
you have to look at the sheath. When the Yamato goes back inside after a JC you press the button to do it again. Try it a few times in the void, im sure you'll get the timing in no time

I assume the loading times are increased because the entire dlc is located in a single 2.5 gigabytes file.

When you play this game mode, the actual name should change to "All bosses must die!", because holy shit, you are truly the real enemy of the game, not the demons themselves! XDD

But here's my favorite to play as in each game:
DMC3SE: Dante > Vergil.
DMC4SE: Vergil > Dante.
DMC5SE: Dante = Vergil. Peace achieved :D Actually, both are cool but Dante is a bit more fun.
