Although I do agree that it would have been nice if there were more official fans there, I believe that this wasn't a pre-announced schedule so its not really a surprise that many ToMoons aren't there. The people that are there seemed to get lucky and were just at the right place, at the right time. When the episode was announced to the public, it had already been filmed.. However, idk if you watch the rest of the episode, but an official fan did come out.....? She said she's been a fan since predebut and even stated her favorite song is "Stand By", which was from their 2019 album. This song isn't even one of Oneus' most popular/well known songs, nor is it a title track, or a fully promoted b-side. So I believe she is an official fan and was truly there as a ToMoon.
