well they dont span they use to own there parts somalia didnt have borders before the Europeans came into africa most africans didnt need borders since they knew whos land was who somalia clans span from many places after the colonizers were pulling out Ethiopia took ogaden after begging the British the kenya nationilist also asked the british for northern area djibouti was sold to the french by a man who wasnt the leader of that area called the hobyo sultante
